At JC²GripForge, we understand the excitement you may have to receive your Grip Sack or Forge Rack immediately. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure that your orders are delivered to you in a timely manner, with utmost care and attention to detail.
1. Processing Time: Once your order is placed, we work diligently to process and prepare your items for shipment. Outside of customization, our average processing time is 2-5 business days, ensuring that your order is ready to be shipped as quickly as possible.
2. Shipping Time: The shipping time will vary depending on your location. We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure that your package arrives safely and on time. Please note that shipping times may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Costs: Enjoy the convenience of free shipping on all Forge Rack orders in Canada, because getting your favorite products shouldn't come with extra costs! In order to make shipping free, these racks are shipped with minor assembly required. Instructions are included with plenty of helpful tips.
4. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to track the progress of your shipment and stay updated on its estimated delivery date. You can easily track your order by entering the tracking number on our website or the carrier's website. Single purchases of Grip Sacks are shipped in oversize bubble mailer with no tracking, these are at the Customer's own risk, there will be no refund or replacement on lost packages. Proof of shipment will be provided for all bubble mailers, please allow up to 4 weeks shipping time.
5. International Shipping: At this time we do not offer standard International Shipping, if you would like International Shipping, please reach out via email located in our contact us section, and we will be happy to work something out.
6. Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. If you need to make any changes to your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments: In the rare event that your shipment is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a satisfactory resolution. (Does not apply to non tracked Bubble Mailers)
